Please know that subscriptions are managed by your respective app stores and not the app developers. Below are the steps to unsubscribe across different platforms:
iOS - Method 1
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your Apple ID “card” with your name and profile image at the top of the menu.
- Press Subscriptions.
- You’ll see a list of all your active and expired subscriptions.
- If you want to cancel one, press the desired active subscription and then press Cancel Subscription towards the bottom. You’ll then be done.
iOS - Method 2
- Open the App Store app.
- Click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Press Subscriptions.
- You’ll see a list of all your active and expired subscriptions.
- If you want to cancel one, press the desired active subscription and then press Cancel Subscription towards the bottom. You’ll then be done.
Android
- Open the Google Play app .
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions

Reach out to support through your game or email us at support@rubysevenvideopoker.com. Once we receive the request, we’ll work with the backend team to process the cancellation, and then notify you once it’s complete.
Please be advised that partial refunds aren't available. Your subscription runs month-to-month starting on the day of your purchase. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.
