If you uninstall Bally Play and you are playing as a guest your progress may be lost. Updating the game will not cause a loss in player data. However, the easiest way to ensure you never lose your player history or progress is to connect your account with Facebook, Apple, Google or Email. You may connect your account when prompted  by clicking on the gear icon on the upper right corner and then selecting ‘Manage Account’. You will also be awarded FREE coins.
