In most cases, this happens when a player is signed out of their original account and accidentally creates a new game account using a different login method. 

To recover your progress:

  • Open the menu in the top-right corner of the game lobby
  • Select “Account"
  • Click "Log Out"

From there, sign back in using the same login method previously used on your original game account (Facebook, Apple, Google, or email)Once you sign back into the correct account, your coins and progress should return.
