To link your Choctaw Rewards Card, open the Rewards section from the Choctaw Slots lobby and follow the account verification prompts (or click the menu icon in the top-right corner). You may be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, and Choctaw Rewards account information to complete the linking process.

Once your information has been verified, your Choctaw Rewards account will be connected to your Choctaw Slots profile.
